There is also the Hybrid V2 form and that's again, (15% drop from Awakened Kaido.
To summon Awakened Kaido, You need the Fire Dragon Key. (8% drop from Kaido at Wano, Second Sea)
To get Roped belt, the boss has a unknown % to drop it.

Awakened Kaido has 5B HP and does between a staggering 6M HP per attack.
We suggest to be ranged to anywhere between the front entrance of the Awakened Dragon Island and so on.
Gear 5, Sing Fruit (With Tot Musica) , Operation Fruit V2, Soul Fruit V2 or Quake Fruit V3 are highly suggested fruits due to their offensive damage.
