Obtainment

to get 4 Bells that spawn around Skypiea and 7 k fruit stats. After you have done this you need 40K Gems if you have the four Bells and Gems then you talk to "Wyper", who will take your Gems then you talk to him one more time and he will Awaken your Fruit (Replaces Fruit equipped).

To unlock the moves beat Enel in Enel dungeon for a unknown % of unlocking a random move.

Review

Lightning V3, and V2 are awakened version of the Lightning Fruit.
