The Phoenix v2, also known as Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Phoenix, is one of the Mythical Devil Fruits.
The fruit looks like a spiked fruit, half blue as ice, and the other half red as fire.
Use the Phoenix Scroll (5% drop from Marco on Phoenix Nest) with the Phoenix fruit equipped.
All moves are obtained when interacting with the Phoenix Scroll.
The fruit gives and animation when you are healing and a faster heal when damage is taken.
