This is the forth island in the second sea. Here you will encounter Rookie Blackbeard Pirate, Experienced Blackbeard Pirate, Scythe, and Blackbeard.
Scythe - Chance to drop Metal Boots (5% Chance)
Blackbeard - Chance to drop Blackbeard’s hat (5% Chance) and Blackbeard’s cape (0.8% Chance) and dark fruit (1% Chance)
