It is the new fruit, also being the first V3 of any fruit. It has higher damage than Gear 5 by a bit. Although Gear 5 is overall better than quake V3 for grinding.
The chance drop of Quake scroll is 8%.
Sadly, it doesn't include any of Blackbeard's powers.
