The Ultimate Cyborg fighting style is the current best fighting style.
Obtainment: First, you have to get Cyborg V2. It requires 100b beli, 1 soulless and cyborg essence, 2 Seabeast and 2 Kraken kills, 2 poneglyphs, and 25k gems. Talk to the new world scientist with these things to get the cyborg soul. Then, go to davy jones with 32k gems and cyborg soul to awaken the cyborg race.
Next, you have to get 2 mechanical arm parts by beating the boss at Shattered Future Island. It is located next to the NPCs with a 1-5% chance to get them. Once you have obtained these you require 10k STR and 10k DEF with a battle smasher blueprint which is also located at the same island and 20k gems. Finally, talk to Vegapunk at the back of the island to get Ultimate Cyborg.
There is also a Cybernetic Enhancement that gives a 2.3x global damage buff which is also used to get Paw V2. To get it, you need to talk to Vegapunk again with Ultimate Cyborg, then defeat the light admiral dungeon then talk to Vegapunk with 5b beli to get it.
When switching to the Shandian race it will still give the 2.3x global damage buff
