Every time you defeat a raid or third sea dungeon you now have a chance to get a World Call, this item can be used in third sea to spawn a random world boss. To use World Call just take it in your hand and click MB1/RT/R2. Also you can get World Call by beating pica dungeon on dawn island v3 in sea 3
